As you drive through the roads of Boca Gardens, please be sure to observe our 25 MPH speed limit. This is of particular importance at night. Our neighbors walk from place to place at these hours. Please be aware of this situation, and use extra care at night.

This is a reminder to ALL residents desiring to plant around their home. You must complete an ARB form for a dedicated bed and submit it to the Board for approval prior to planting any items. The ARB form may be downloaded from this website. You may also obtain a form at the office.

1. If the dedicated bed is going to be maintained by the owner, a red reflector needs to be displayed by all beds.
2. If the homeowner does not want their dedicated bed(s) spayed for weed control, you need to place a blue reflector in all beds.

According to Section 2 of the Rules and Regulations, “Driving and Parking” the following applies to ALL residents of the Boca Gardens Homeowners Association:

Current vehicle registrations must be on file with the office.

All residents’ vehicles parked in Boca Gardens must have a decal on display in the drivers side rear window. Parking spaces labeled “GUEST” are for GUESTS ONLY. Residents are prohibited from parking their vehicle in GUEST parking spaces.

If you have more vehicles that the number of assigned spaces for your unit, please park additional vehicles in the overflow parking lots located at the Clubhouse parking lot, East or West pool parking lots, or the large mailbox parking areas along the parkway. Overflow parking spaces may be used by both guests and residents.

Temporary plaques are available in the office for overnight guests, and must be displayed on the rear view mirror.

Boca Gardens Residents: If you choose to display lawn ornaments, potted plants, including solar lights, you must assume responsibility for any damages that may occur as part of the Association’s regular maintenance of the common areas.

The Boca Gardens Homeowners Association, Triton Property Management, and Riquelme Landscaping is not responsible for damages to any lawn ornaments. You are putting it down at your own risk.

Please pick up after your pets.

Failure to do so could result in a fine levied against you.

Animal feces spread disease to other pets, wildlife and humans.

Pets must be leashed at all times.

Florida State Law/County law along with our Community Rules state that your Dog(s) must be always on a leash.

But if you want to let Fido off that leash? We suggest you take Him\Her to the Dog Park.
